Clara M. George of rural Trenton died February 9, 2025. She was born in Silver Lake, KS to Benjamin and Edna (Lemon) Wade on March 4, 1933. She married Jonny L. George on November 10, 1951. They farmed near Topeka, KS until moving to a farm near Trenton in 1964.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter Annette Sager, five brothers and a sister. She is survived by a son Wade Georg (Sally) of Dayton MN, son-in-law Dennis Sager of Trenton, daughters Robin Patrick (Charlie) of Cosby, MO, Joy (Steve) Jackson of Trenton, and Renee George of Trenton, Seven grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Per her wishes there will be no services. Memorial donations may be made to the Green Hills Animal Shelter or the Grundy County Food Pantry and left with or mailed to Slater Neal Funeral Home.
