Mary Lou Lingo, 94, of rural Plattsburg, Mo., passed away, March 11, 2025.
She was born on August 30, 1930, to Charles Henry and Georgia Gladys (Perkins) Schuster near Starfield, Mo., where she grew up. Mary Lou graduated from Plattsburg High School.
On June 14, 1952, she was united in marriage to Claron Lingo. After their marriage they lived in rural Plattsburg, where they made their home. Her husband, Claron, preceded her in death on November 19, 2018.
She was a member of the Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Church.
Mary Lou was also preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Helen Sloan; nephew, Charles Sloan; and great-nephew, Jason Frazier.
Mary Lou is survived by her nieces and nephews, Frankie Frazier and husband, Randy; Randy Sloan and wife, Cindy; and Kimberly Nelson; several great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Gower, Mo. Donations may be made to Mt. Zion Cemetery.
